Midi instrument names lost ?

Since I have installed 5.2 my midi instrument list does not appear anymore. I can't select my outboard synths like the k2000 or the virus? Can anyone solve this problem? (equipment used : MacosX, m-audio midisport - motu traveler)

I have a MOTU MIDI Express XT and (since I'm new to Live as of 5.2) I have never been able to view instrument names in the MIDI menus. Live 6 doesn't seem to remedy this. Any thoughts on why this is happening? Is this a Live issue or a MOTU issue?
