Live clips drifiting out of sync while playing w/ keyboard

Alright so I am playing a 3 hour dj set tomorrow night for a photo gallery opening and in order to make things interesting I decided to hook up a keyboard to my Evolution UC-33 in order to have more parameters controlled and so I can play out notes from songs and stuff
The problem is when I'm playing...after about 500 measures things start to drift out of sync...this has only happened since I hooked the keyboard up to the midi in of my uc-33. Here's a run down on my specs:
First of all I'm running all of this in 5.0.3...the reason I'm not using 5.2 is that I haven't had a lot of time to run tests in it so I'm not exactly confident of its stability...though maybe this problem merits a switch...
anyway...
-Ibook G4 1ghz, 512 ram, 60gb hd
-Using an aggregate audio device that combines my headphone out on the ibook with an imic and I'm splitting those to 2 channels on a vestax mixer for further eq/volume adjustments etc...
-Evolution UC-33 midi controller
-Novation K-Station keyboard with going to the midi in on the evolution...the keys trigger clips, the faders trigger auto pan effects and knobs are for sends.
Adjusting the latency does not seem to change much, I generally keep it around 512 with the plugin buffer as the same...I noticed that when I change clips to "complex" rather than "re-pitch" that seems to sync things but my cpu load is two high running two or more clips...
under midi/sync, under input, I have remote turned on for both the UC-33 outputs.
I must also note that THIS never happens when I use roughly the same template using just the UC-33...I do a 2 hour radio show every week using this set up and it never has given me a problem...only when I throw the keyboard into the mix.
