I just finished a track that goes from 8/4 to 14/4 and it could have been a lot easier!

This is like collapsing and seizuring in the last 50 feet of a marathon.

I guess someone early on just shrugged and invented some excuse like "that's for nerds, this is for hipster spinnerz" or something like that.

And it's just gotten harder and harder to go through and eliminate that assumption in the code.
