set insertmarker to song position

I wish a keycommand for "set insertmarker to song position".
I often scroll in the arrangement with the scrollwheel of my midi-controller, to reach the spot from where I want playback to start. Pressing start however starts playback from the insertmarker, not from songposition-line. Therefor a keycommand for setting the insertmarker would be nice.
Another possibility, even better I quess: a preference "insertmarker follows songposition line" (can be switched on/off by keycommand, of course).
