any decent VSTis for freezing tracks in live 4.14?

Hola!
Well, i can honestly say no one has ever taught me anything as far as audio production goes, and this usually results im me not knowing about very simple, but absolutely neccesary things.
Someone just explained to me what freezing a track does. This is going to make my life soo. sooo... sooooooooo much easier. I usually keep writing until that dreaded moment when my computer starts peaking...and i have to do a mass, boring resampling session.
I still dont have the funds to upgrade to 5 yet, so I am despereatly trying to seek a VSTi that can freeze a track. Do these kind of things exsist and is there a nice (cheap of free is better) VSTi that works with live without too much hassle?
