Adding a 2nd HD/Response code???

I'll soon put a 2nd Hard drive in my computer and I wonder if it will change my response code? Will I have to ask a new challenge code or not??
(i ask this cause i've read here about a guy that have change his cd-rom player: Live asked for another challenge key so...)
