Image to Audio... Image to Midi

Anyone know of software that can be used to convert an image to audio or to midi? I've seen this done on the mac before, but was curious if there was anything like it on the pc.

doesnt Fruity Loops have something to make an Image into Audio?
i havent used it in years... but i am pretty sure it does.

looks like it's just for mac still - almost seems like it would be worth going back to mac for - i've been wanting something like that for ages!

That's just the truth.
May not be for everybody, but I swear that some of you would freak if you took some time and worked with their line of software.
It's visionary and deep stuff that literally continues to open up as the years go by; every time I work with it I think, "I can't believe that someone actually wrote this - I've been waiting my whole life for a tool set like this".
