Okay,I've been trying to import An Instrumental to Ableton Live
So I can record along with the beat,But I cant seem to figure it out=(
Any tips?

Just like on Cool Edit Pro
I'm trying to import an instrumental to ableton live..

Nah,
I want the instrumental to go into ableton..
because when I'm recording,I have to put the mic gain on high & record my vocals as the instrumentals playing,It sounds.........weird

1.can you drag and drop files?
2.WHAT FORMAT ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPORT? vinyl, cd, mps, wav, kazoo?
3.can you record into ableton?
you are being super vague and you are getting shifty responses because out of grades 1-12 this question is like Kindergarten.

No this isnt A joke.
I'm trying to drag in WMA. files into Live.
It seems it wont let me though,It just does A "ding" sound??..
What I'm trying to do Is what you do in other multy-tracc programs.
Drag the wma into the program,And then your able to record over it..in A different tracc

CONVERT IT TO WAV THEN DRAG IT IN.
