ThreeOsc 1.1:
I've added LFo sync to BPM, Volume knob and sliders for ADSR envelopes for better visual feedback.
All can be downloaded

These look like fun, can't wait to get home and try them out.
PS Those skins are pretty sweet too. Do they affect the performance of live such as using more memory to paste this skin over the top of the original? If that makes sense.

Nope. Synth Edit works only on Windows. Maybe in the future it will allow to export Mac OSX compatible plugins.

Am i missing something> I dropped the latest black skin into the resources/skins folder but when i open the list in live's prefs it's not there..?
