Setting up a Cue

The Live manual states that "in order to set Live up for cueing, you must be using an audio interface with at least two dedicated stereo out puts." When I am trying to set up a cue then, do I need to have two seperate soundcards? One dedicated to master out and the other designated for cueing? This only way that makes sense to me if the audio in the headphones is to differ from the audio coming through the master out.

Bit confused about how to run this on a laptop - is it possible to have two sound cards in a laptop? I know there are about six questions there, but if you know the answer to any of these, please let me know.

What you basically need is a sound interface, wich is a external(usb/firewire)/internal soundcard. What you normally do, is play the master through the main outs (for example 1&2) and you set up another out for cueing. Therefore you will need a sound interface, wich has more than 2 outs.
