With u&i metasynth The rendering was carried out. aiff file It cannot read.

As far as I get your cryptic message: A file won't import into Live????
Just open it in your sample editor and save it again (SAVE AS....) that should do the trick... Live won't read files generated on an AKAI sampler (which are .wav files and import no problem into Logic....) and this is the workaround.
