Having just got off the phone with Christain Klein, I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for his help with some issues I have been having, as well as his cheerful demeanor and patience with my, as it turns out relatively simple problem. As someone who used to be in technical support for a software company (albeit not one as cool as Ableton)I know how stressfull and frustrating support may be at times.
