the trigger finger has 8 extra rotaries and 4 faders, so if you need those it's simple!

Oh, now it looks like they've made them grey instead of beige also!

Well, some people have mixed reviews of the trigger finger. I own one and have great fun with it. works very well , my pads are very responsive enough sliders and knobs. but some people think that the pads on new MPD are the same as the MPC, which they are not. don't be confused on their website where it says MPC "Style" Pads. overall i would say if you can get a demo of both in your local shop and make ur own decision.

oh and the TF has pressure control pads so u can control filters and other fx with them

I need something not to expensive.I think the AKAI MPD is ok for my needs.

I like my korg padcontrol... it feels way better and much better response than the korg microkontrol pads/remote sl 25 pads...

No, bad price!!!
The MPD 16's are going for $99 now, check Frugal.
I think the MPD 24's will be $199.
