Problem recording at 44.1K! Conexant AC-Link audio soundcard

for unknown reasons Live will not work anymore if I use 44.1K
that also prevents me from using Asio4ALL as these drivers ask Live to record only at 44.1
any ideas?

I tried using Live 6.01 with the latest ASIO4all (2.7) and I get nothing, the system won't even play the little MIDI clip I drew in. Anyone else have it working with Conexant on an HP Laptop (DV9000T custom built Core 2 Duo)? i will have to wait till I get access to their forum and see how someone got it running perfectly so they posted but no specifications on what apps they were using. All I know is I get no Play option and no audio from it when I enable it in Audio tab.

I found I had to set the 44.1k to 48khz and it all fell into place on it as well as all my Native Instruments komplete 2 programs (and Korg Legacy which I recently got reinstalled as well). So set your audio preferences to be 48000 and you should be golden. I'm running with 256 samples only as well to keep latency down to a reasonable level.
