probably my best tune yet, as i feel i've learned how to refine my sound by proper use of spacing and compression.
this one is a slow 80bpm, mellow, rather melancholic piece. keys and strings, sine and drums
i'd really appreciate comments on the mixing as i'm going to do the mastering the next few days and i need tips/comments on the bass more than anything else since my speakers don't go that low (70, maybe 60hz) without sounding crap and i do my best with osciloscopes and inspector and spectrographs

I like it. It sounds great , but i havent tried it out on my home stereo yet, so sorry, cant comment on the bass properly?. But the bass fills it up well on my studio monitors (KRK Rockit5's) and drums sound cool too. Are they drum loops or is that a Impulse kit?

I just listened on my home stereo and the bass sounds pretty good. The bass is deep and the mix sounds even. I might try to make the kick drum a little louder but that is just my personal preference, I likes my kicks kickin'. The overall level is a little low but I realize it is not mastered yet so that will be taken care of. Very nice track.

Nice one Even, I like listening to your tunes... it's a very accomplished sound you have going on. Slow and inspirational.
btw Where do you get your inspiration from..? What drives you to write this..?
btw, there may be a bit too much alaising on the ride, I'd revisit the stretching algo on it.

I like this very much. I'm getting elements of Massive Attack with a hint of Aim...
Did I mention I REALLY like this, Even? Good work!

thanks guys. it means a lot that you're digging this
@ dubreak where do i get my inspiration. well i dunno really it just comes to me. i don't have much of a social life and i escape in music i guess. it's what keeps me ticking. i'm aware of the wee bit of artifacts on the ride but is there something i can do to fix it?
