hey, i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
i'm using a G4 800 powerbook and running cubase 5.1 in os 9, which was purring allong fine, until i install live 2.1.1, not cubase keeps quitting at intermitant times claiming a "rewire libary error". this is before i even open a rewire slave.

anyone got any ideas? i know this is not strictly a live problem, however it didn't appear until after i installed the upgrade.

Try the Cubase Public Beta for Mac forum for starters.
The simple solution if you do not want to use ReWire anything is disable the ReWire extension.
If you do want to use ReWire, at least see if you have version 1.4.7 (build 74) of the extension which was released with Reason 2.5.

I run Cubase VST 5.2pb1 with Live 2.1.1 and ReBirth 2.01 on Mac OS 9.22 and everything ReWire seems ok....so far.
