2.11 locks

hi,
I went back to version 2.03 a few weeks ago on my laptop. but my desktop still runned 2.11. yesterday I wanted to work on the desktop which I hardly use. I noticed that when working with clips, changing slicepoints for example, Live was locking and not responsive for some seconds. so I think that not only the file browser is causing these problems but some other parts of the program as well. recording Reason as live-clips locks it up as well. and not only Live, the CPU is taken to 100% and the whole OS is locked.
I am sure you can solve the problem. I have found out that both OS9 and OSX don't have these kind of problems. Good luck solving these problems. I really hope that the next version is a very good one. One which just simply works like it should
