I like your tune. With Audiorealism do you have to program each note one by one? Does it have different patterns that you can just poay with straight away?
I bought a real TB 303 and it was too hard to use, it made me depressed so I sold it.

Glad you liked it not really complete yet, but just playing with the audiorealism bassline.
It's failry straight forward to use as a VST plug in with Live. You have a choice of two modes one where you have the note mode or pattern mode, for both of these you program them in easily enough. The great thing is you can automate the res / cut / filter etc using Abelton.
I thought about buying a TB303 myself but found they were so overpriced it's un-real! And I'd heard it was hard to use. This bassline is supposdly the best sounding emulation of the 303 around (!?!?)
Not 100% certain whether it comes with patterns ready to go, just check the website out. Believe me, I'm new to all this stuff and if I can use it anyone can!!!!!

Thanks for replying. So can you just draw the changes to the filters on with the pencil, like you can with Ableton's own effects? That sounds good. I know that people say the 303 is the most overused bassline sound and it's probably true, but I just love listening to it.
I'll download the demo and have a go!

No worries - those who say it's overused have no idea, it's the best sound ever and reminds me of the old days
Yeah just draw the automation on - it's great!
