DJing with Live 5

Post by djenzyme » Wed Aug 02, 2006 9:36 pm

I've had live 5 since Jan but have only just today explored the uses of djing with it (my decks are being repaired and i was pining for a mix!).
Question: If i start building a DJ set in live then the processor starts eating up as my playlist builds. I need these tunes to be loaded as i've warped them and can't find a way to save the warp with the tune. But I noticed Live saves a file of its original calculation with each tune thats loaded up. Is there a way to replace this with the newly warped settings? That way i would be able to just drag and drop songs into a set.
Sorry if this has already been dealt with, i couldn't find it anywhere else :(

Save the set as self-contained and all the files you created will go into their own directory.

When you warp a track, hit the clip's save button and the warp analysis file gets save whereever the track was brought in from. Sorry if you're asking something more complex, but based on your question this is the answer.
