Ok, so I'm recording my first song with Live, and it starts with a couple pickup notes to the first bar, but when I play them, the notes automatically get shifted to the downbeat of the first full measure. I have the Global quantization and Record quantization set to none, so why would it be doing this?

Oh, and I'm recording actual audio, not MIDI, if it makes a difference.

Sorry if it's a really stupid newbie question, but I've been searching through the menus and the manual and haven't been able to figure it out....

I just figured it out. It was a latency problem, not some weird quantization.

It just happened to be just enough to make it sound like the audio was shifted to the downbeat.
