hello,
just wanted to tell y'all that since I've got the 1.5 beta update, my PC crashes when I use LIVE FX.
yepp, only Live's FX stall my CPU to 272% (lol)
all VST's work nicely.
as soon as i put i.e. the filter delay in an aux send and I turn it up, booomm, it's bye bye ableton. this never happenend before. I'm kinda confused, shouldn't exactly these PlugIns work properly?

This doesn't happen on my machine - neither on 98 or XP..... it's a 600MhZ PIII with an old Gina ...
only the new reverb is quite fault-inviting... :-)
Regards,
FORMAT

We found a bug that occurs when you use a SimpleDelay, FilterDelay or Reverb in a send or master track. When you now play a clip in a track that routes to this send or master track, the software could run in an endless loop.

Is there a workaround, or do we just have to wait for the final 1.5 before this is fixed. When is 1.5 going to be final anyway?

so this is gonna be fixed in the REAL 1.5 version?

It wouldn't be very good business practice to admit to a bug during beta testing and not fix it for the final release.

Does this also happen with the 1.1 version ? Well ... without the reverb of course

No, this bug isn't in Version 1.1. And of course it will be out in the final release. But even earlier, on friday, we will upload a new beta with this and many more bug fixes.
Regards, Bernd.
