I have jus started using live, and have afew doubts the solutions to which i could find nowhere even after endless searching.

I have used cep2.1 and fl studio6 before...

Here goes nothing:

Till this point, all is well, i have successfully imported DFH2 into live and have added 4 parts to my drumkit..adding the hats twice by mistake..hehe..
As is clearly visible, when i press any of the specified keys on the dfh2 keyboard all 3 level meters..that is, dfh2, master and track 3 show a response...

Now, i arm track 3 by pressing the arm button which turns red and the level meter is kind of changed, am not sure whether it still remains that or not and that is part of my query..

This is the tragedy part, when i press the key on the dfh2 keyboard, a response is seen in the master and dfh2 level meter but no response in the track 3 level meter??? why??? is there no input? am i conceptually wrong? am i jus an idiot?

This is the part that i hate the most and is prolly the most wierd phenomenon..
in order to sequence drum patterns what do i do? how can i replace the notes by proper names..and i cant even get all the sounds there...what do i do?? only the 1st instrument is there?? i am sure i am doin something wrong...
