I just updated my system to OS 10.4. Some shortcuts like "Fullscreen - F11" Or "Global Record - F9" are now unusable because of OS 10.4 functions like exposé and dashboard.

As I am new to Tiger, and Live is quite new too, I do not know if there Is any "readymade" way to solve the problem.

Try Option + F11 and/or change to your own specified shortcuts in System Prefs > Keyboard and Mouse > Keyboard shortcuts
