Will there be another version of Live 5 ?

Hi all,
I'm a new Live owner, but I seem to be suffering from the bug described here:
http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=43059
Only being able to open one instance of a VST(i) in any Live session is pretty crippling, so I'm wondering if there will be another version 5 update to fix this bug. I'll be pretty cheesed off if I have to upgrade to Live 6 just to fix it
Other than that, I'm enjoying Live alot. Bags of fun
cheers,
Rozzer

Indeed, we could reproduce the problem. We'll correct that as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot for reporting.
Kind regards,

alex said that in the linked thread you provided. which means they know about it and will correct it. so you kinda answered your own question.

Yeah sure, but the focus seems to be on Live 6 now, which made me wonder...

oh totally, alot of people have had fears like this it's not entirely irrational. but as i remember they have continued updating all version of live even after new ones came out. although right now they probably are slightly busy but it won't last long I'm sure.
they are working on that specific bug though I do know cause people have mentioned it in the live 6 beta testing and I'm sure if they fix it for L6 then they will also fix it for L5 at the same time.
it's only a bug in live on windows though, yay for me

sorry...
