Linking up LIVE 4.0, Reason 3.0, and a Roland sp-606

Does anyone out there know how to link up a Roland sp 606, Reason 3.0, and Live version 4.0 so they all can work together? How can these 3 be synced up and work together? Someone was telling me that the Rewire process on Live 4.0 will be able to sync Live 4.0 and Reason 3.0. but how can I also sync up the Roland SP-606 and have my samples triggering "live" so to speak from the 606?
