a press release at MacNN noted that the beta would be available this weekend, and Live 3 would be released around October 15

warp questions

i've been messing around with live 2 for a little while but i'm a beginner when it comes to it's more intricate features

so.. i captured a clip
live recognized the clip as two beats when it was actually 4... putting warp markets at places like 1.2 1.3 1.4, etc.

I grabbed the warp marker at the end of the clip and put it where the second beat should actually be and then everything looked correct

BUT when i played the clip the area in the begining which had a gray bar above it played very strange (weird digital noise)

what did i do wrong?
