ive just got a bcr2000 and one of the rotaries moves on its on, going between 2 cc numbers, not attached to a computer so its not automation. ive tried updating firmware but it does the same thing.

is this a problem that anyone else has had, or is this a bad product that needs to be returned?

Like, moves on its own without any other controls being moved? Cos if you are moving one knob, and there is another one moving at the same time, that means that both knobs are assigned to the same MIDI CC.

Also, are you Jordan, Erik, or Beau? :D

I have the same problem. Some encoders keep 'turning' by themselves.
Bought the thing last friday, will bring it back this afternoon, I'll let you know what happened

Same issue, returned it after a month and got a new one with Behringer's warranty exchange policy.

Did get a new one, however, the 'rogue rotaries' are now also rogue buttons so problem is back....
Show in two weeks see if I can get a third one this week sigh...
