Okay.

The two mentioned in the title are separate problems.

First, I can't seem to make Live find my S/PDIF I/O in my Alesis IO2. How to do that? I would really love to figure it out before I get my new Lexicon effect processor.

The second. There's a weird problem with using my Novation Nova with Live.
When Live is not on, I can edit performances (Novation speak for multi sounds) easily, but when Live is on, everytime I try to change a sound in a performance, the goddamn thing jumps back to the programs, and does not change the sound...

It's extremely annoying. Seriously.

I figure it must be something in Live, so...

EDIT: Made some progress.. It happens only when the monitor switch on the MIDI channel that sends the MIDI to the Nova is switched to IN..

Help me please!

I've been working on this for some time now, and the HW-synth problem doesn't bother me anymore, even though it IS very weird.

But the S/PDIF in and out I have on my Alesis IO2.. I can't make Live find them... No matter how I try.. Any help would be appreciated.
