How to import whole mp3 songs??

well...if you have Live 5.0 you should just drag the file!

unless I miss something here...

I have demo Live 5.0
I can drag demo songs from library, but how to insert song from outside (from hard disk) to library? Is it possible?

I just want to record parts of some famous songs like clip, and than processing that part in Live and mixing with other Live clips?

Comon people HOW TO DO THESE?

I'm having the same problem as zeljk with the library browser.

I have tons of mp3 files on my computer yet Live appears to not seeing any of them. Their folders show nothing when open.

Am I missing an importing step somewhere in Live ?

I don't think it's a copyright issue because my mp3 songs were legally downloaded.

Any ideas ? Please advise.

Are you sure that they are all MP3's? I have songs on my computer in M4A format, those obviously will not show in Ableton as these are not a supported format.
