Hello, i am a very new user to Ableton, i just got it a couple of weeks ago. I'm having some problems mixing, when i want to overlay two trakcs in order to make a transition, when i play the track that i want to follow the previous, Live doesn't match the beats one over the other you know. It matches them one AFTER the other and it sounds crappy. I am using the warp function but still nou use, it just matches the tracks the way it "wants" :) I would really appreciate some help please :)

Short answer: RTFM

Not-so-short answer: Only one clip can be playing per track

You need to differenciate between scenes, and tracks, mate. Tracks go vertically in Live, and Scenes go horizontally. You can only play one clip in a track at any one point. But a Scene can contain many tracks, with each track playing one clip each...
