Soundflower now includes Soundflowerbed. it's a free, easy-to-use interface for Soundflower. Fantastic for routing audio all around multiple interfaces. Great for recording internet radio or any audio you want straight into Live.

Nice one hambone.

BTW, does anyone know if I could use soundflower to pipe BBC Radio (uses Real Player) to iTunes so that I can stream it wirelessly to my Airport Express? Lazy question i know, but I'm feeling lazy.

if they havent done a windows version they can bugger off for all I care

I just sent the Toatal recorder people an email a few hours ago begging them to let us use total recorder to do what soundflwer does.

I can actually pull total recorder up and select it as an input in the driver settings in MME/Direct X mode but I get nothing in Live

I would really love to be able to record the output straight into Live and I cant afford to buy a Mac.

Soundlower and bed is more unstable with LiSa X and Live together. Im using JackPilot, much more stable at the moment on my machine.

Powerbok 1,5.
Ram 1,5.
OSX 10.3.9

man, i'm getting some crazy feedback with that shit. shit just blows up if i set arbitrary audio tracks to in (with source being 1/2). think its cos I've got live set to soundflower in out? not sure, cos I was listening to some ravi shankar through itunes whch was just dripping with cosmic binary liquid metal, fucking crazy sounds. but the sound wasn't going through live at all, it was just feeding through the built in out, but when i stopped live, the feedback stopped. dunno, but i got some wild sounds recorded.

It shows up both in AudioMIDI Setup and in the System Preferences.
But in Live's preferences it is not selectable, although it's there.
