I wish Ableton would put a tiny section on the screen that has midi mappable buttons for save, undo and switch view(session to arrange and back). I could work nearly mouse free with these extra buttons. Basically i use an 01x as a controller for live and it has dedicated save and undo buttons but they don't do anything. I could map them to something else but their original function would be most useful to me. If ableton did add these in a small section, they could make the section so that it can be hidden so it wouldn't take up screenspace once the buttons are mapped.

you should be able to do this either via bome's midi translator or midistroke
