You went through all this hassle just for a bunch of Mac users to agree with you?
Ok well, I'm gonna make you a happy person:
Windows are better than Macs
There.
I'm still keeping my Macbook though. But refer to the above everytime you feel like injecting yourself with a bit of feel-good factor.

Now you just need to add your legal copy of Windows and your legal copy of Norton or whatever antivirus you want to use.
Also, without the case, optical units, memory and HD, your $600 won't buy shit.
so GTFO

I'll keep a link to this thread for the next time this question comes up: "why do mac users always try to justify their purchase towards pc users?"
If you started the thread with "mac are good". It would be 10 pages long with mac and pc users going back and forth.
If you start a thread like this.....
Well ehm....
Good for you I guess

err_eur is brilliant. I don't know why anybody would put this guy down. I mean come on, comparing half the parts and used parts compared to a brand new system... I guess all of the new iMac and Macbook users really *are* idiots. He's probably also using his old 15" crt... good thing he won't be spending any money on a useless lcd display, I hear they give you cancer anyways.
Man if only I had waited to buy my macbook pro so that I could've read this post first and made a real decision about purchasing a new computer.
