Open Plug-in Windows cause clicks/pops when using FIREPOD

Hi,
I recently traded in a M-Audio Ozonic for a Presonus FIREPOD. But now when I'm using Live, anytime I have a open plug-in(or Reason via rewire) window open the audio starts clicking and poping like crazy. As soon as I close the window everything is fine. It's not a latency issue, as I've both maxed out the buffer with no effect and tried it using different audio drivers(the stock sigma tel and ASIO4ALL) without any problems. And this only happens with Live, as when I use Cubase I can have plug-in windows open without any problems. I've reinstalled my FIREPOD drivers and have upgraded the firmware, and tried all the different samplerate settings. I'm using Live v.5.2. Back when I had my Ozonic I never had any problems like this, but I can't figure out if it's an issue with the FIREPOD or with Live. I'm going to try reinstalling Live, but has anyone ever heard of or had this problem?
