Google is your friend, i just searched MC from the file name along with the word controller and came up with the answer.
Nonetheless, here it is:
It's the Euphonix MC controller....

For that money i would just get an entire mixing desk.
I saw some nice ones in Berlin for about 15 000€
Make it 15 250€ after you added some trackballs and a keyboard
