Midi transpose shortcut / custom mappings (again)

Would be a very welcome feature. Needs a very basic interface to type in a +/- range. I would prefer to save it to Ctrl-T. Which is now "insert audio track"
On that note... Allowing users to customize these shortcut mappings would really be nice too. ...But I think I already asked for that already.
