Hello,
I have just got one UC-33 and it works fine!
are using Mac? when you click on midi in live do you get a different colour skin?
if you are a mac user make sure that the midi setup in the utilities folder can see uc-33.
good luck

you have to press down two of the buttons (control change and something else i think) in order to enable usb->midi through the uc-33. i just got mine yesterday and read this in the manual (it's at the end somewhere)

I've been waiting a month for mine - but they f##ked up a couple of times. They 'forgot' it once, told me they'd sent it and two weeks later 'there was a problem at fulfillment partner.' But they've been apologetic so I'm not pissed.
I should email them again if you've been waiting long.

Well, Mr Tolerant, I got a free record bag out of it! Maybe I'm just used to post taking a long time to get delivered. It was a bit more complicated than simply forgetting too: illness for example. Anyway it came yesterday, and it's cool.

hehe...
you got a record bag out of it...thats great .
you said forgot mate...not illness...that to me is bad business practice 'to forget'.
if someone just forgot my order from any company i wouldnt be miffed for sure...and quite rightly.
getting a record bag or freebee thrown in to make up for it is great...and is good for customer relations

- which shows they have integrity...more than some bigger companies ...so thats cool
anyway i'm not angry or anything...just eager and your original comment did make me a little worried.
so i'm looking ofrward to getting the package

grammar correction
"would be miffed"
not "wouldnt be miffed"

I think I might have to chose the fullfillment partner over the record bag.
