well, i've ordered my pack (live + uc33 + t shirt too)
at 5 of september.....
i'm from Portugal, so the abletons decided that the package should go by normal mail
i've had trouble b4 with native instruments, as i ordered reaktor 4, and by normal mail, the package got lost for 4 months!
i'm praying to get the thing still in september...
peace,
void

WHAT!
and you still havnt got it...
thats outrageous...
in this day and age packages shouldnt take no more than a week within Europe.
a decent courier should be able to get it to anywhere in europe within a few days for a perfectly reasonable price...
...not askng for next day delivery here...but come on

Melanie from Ableton Sales was very helpful when I e-mailed her about the location of my UC-33. She responded immediately with a tracking number, and was very prompt and friendly with my follow-up questions. Have you tried e-mailing them. (My UC-33 took a little over two weekes to get to the West Coast of the US from Germany.)
Have you tried e-mailing ableton sales?

I reckon you'l find it probably grinds to a halt when it gets to folkestone - HM customs pull it apart to see if there's any illegal immigrants in there, cellotape it together badly, send it to sangatte, just to be sure, the french send it back and say it's not our problem, you deal with it, HM Customs have a couple more tea breaks, then say fuck it and give it to royal mail who then go on strike and let it sit in a damp warehouse for three weeks, before it goes to the sorting office, eventually gets given to a postman who takes it straight to the collection office then sticks the collection ticket under your door on his way home in a couple of days. You then go to collect it and they tell you he hasn't come back from delivering it to you can you come back at 1 o'clock.
it's taken over a week for me to get a letter to london and i could be there by car and train in 45mins.

horay its arrived!
great program...bit of a chore to input the log key whatever it was.
seems to work fine with the MOTU 828
but couldnt get the UC-33 to do jack...nothin.
I'm using OS 9.2 G4 titanium...1ghz blahblah
installed OMS etc
followed manuals and advice on this forum...still it does nothing.
LIVE see's the UC-33 ok...well at least I'm able to select it in the midi options...
but when I press the midi map button and move the sliders it dont learn anything...also the the midi IN indicator is not flashing. The UC-33 manual is pretty cryptic to say the lease.
right next rant
my T-Shirt
i orderd a Large, now i'm a rather slim person...and this large is erm as tight as a virgin's...****
I wont be wearing it out...as I dont want to look like a poncy mincer
