Let me start by saying this is probably noones fault other than my own.

I downloaded the public Live 6 beta this morning and installed it. A screen popped up at the splash screen wanting to know if it was okay to modify the library. I accepted after only skimming the message thinking it was standard practice. Stupid I know.

Now all of my presets self-made, Ableton, Trackteam audio do not show up in Ableton Live 5.2.2. Or the 6 beta for that matter.

I know it's all still there because I can see them in the folder in windows explorer. Live isn't seeing them however.

How do I fix this? I do have an email in to Ableton support but I'm hoping to resolve this quickly as I would probably rest better:)

Thanks in advance, and I promise I'll read more carefully from now on!!

In the message you have been warned this could not be undone, you click 'no' Live 6 will built its own library in a different location.

Yeah I know it was stupid. I've been using live since version 4 and that just threw me off. Still yet all the data is there. It's just a matter of getting Live to see it I would think. Thanks for the reply!!!

For as far i can see, the instruments, audio effects and midi effects have seperate directory's and the directory EQ Four is renamed to EQ Eight!

Good luck.
