this is ridiculous
i keep getting a "sorry this serial number is not usable with this version of live" message using my serial number that i got with live5 with the upgrade offer for 6. I cant find a valid serial number for 6 anywhere in my account. and if i try to go through the store it wants me to pay full price again.
im not impressed.

www.ableton.com. They will help you as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that it is about 4 a.m. (Berlin time) so I have to ask for a bit of patience.

i contacted
[email protected] a while ago, is that ok? It said on the support page that they handled inquiries about upgrading.
btw, where is this serial supposed to be anyways?

I am logged in. yet my account shows NO registered serials and Ive been a registered user since version 1. Ive tried registering 4 DIFFERENT versions now
the mac demo and update and the Win demo and update. of course im trying to use my live 5 serial since thats the most recent one i have.
i tried re-registering my live 1 and live 5 serials to the site and of course they both come back with "this serial is already registered" (to me of course). yet they dont show up in my account information. i am beyond pissed at this point.
