I quote myself from a post I made on the General section:

right now i've only had 2 issues with L6

1. when freezing and flattening a midi track, the first note of the first bar of the pattern gets truncated. To get around it i've had to duplicate the pattern a few times and then freeze and flatten, to then get rid of that first bar.

Minor quirk, but a bit of an annoying bug in terms of counterproductivity.

2. Live has frozen on my PC at some random moments. Could very well be the PC, but its weird how doing a simple thing such as reversing a sample can freeze the program. I didnt have this issue with L5.
and i add to the second point: maybe L6 is optimized for dual cores, but its actually heavier on older single cores?

I havent installed on my macbook pro yet, so i havent done the comparison between that dual core and my single core pc

Live 6 runs better on my single core than 5.2 did, XP sysem here.

runs the same here.
I have a quite intensive project that I just moved over from 5.21 to 6.01 and it registers the same CPU at the same points in the song.

We've had a similar problem with a plugin that "swallowed" the first bar.
Could you send a trimmed down set (the smallest/most simple that
exposes the behaviour), so i can investigate whats happening there.

thanks, ingo

well... funny thing. I finallly moved all my projects to my macbook pro and it works perfectly now. The freeze/flatten problem hasnt happened again.

Been working quite smoothly. Although I did get a crash today, but I dont think its anything beyond what most others have reported.

If any further problems arise, I'll send the live set :)
