better cpu performance idea

Hi,
first of all, i just got the demo of v6 and it does it all i was hoping for. its a killer app now!!!
with the chain splits, its very easy to design a complex liveset and move between your stuff flawlessly with ease. great idea. however, (and its a small one, promiss:),
1)i wonder why deactivated racks/chains/instruments are receiving midi/keyboard conmtrol. it is not necessary, i belive, and as i tested on piv2.4, 128 sliders assigned to a single keyboard key take about 1.5percent of cpu even when that instrument is inactive.
2) why dont inactive chains equal deactivated chains (in terms of cpuconsumption)
