is this intensional. for instance altering the transpose or gain restarts the clip from the beginning. this is really painful when djing.

definitely not intentional but i can not reproduce this here,
can you tell under which circumstances this happens ?

load in a full length file [mp3].
set the loop range to 8 bar etc.
now i some times use the mouse to skip the playback to another section of the track. if you alter the clip settings now the playback will jump back to within the loop range.

Confirmed, happens with wav files too. Open a clip with a loop in it, then click outside the end of the loop. Try altering a Clip parameter, and playback jumps back into the loop.

it also does it if your playback is out side of the loop range and the you insert a loop marker.
