impOSCar midi interpretation problem

I love the impOSCar - it really does scream like a fatherless child. But I've had a problem which I was hoping someone on this board might be able to help with.
A patch and midi part played in Cubase (2.2.0 build 33) doesn't sound the same in Ableton (5.0.1). It's an arpeg part where the note sequence isn't consistent in Ableton.
If anyone has the time the link below contains the patch, the midi part, and an audio file with the riff (Cubase first, then Ableton) showing the difference.
It's a riff I want to use as part of a live set, but unless I can get it playing the way I want it, it won't be the recipient of some serious tweakage. Which would be a shame.
Anyone got any ideas?
