Trigger Finger losing MIDI in Live 6.0.1

Hey guys,
Just setup my new box with Live 6.0.1 and everything just installed and worked like a champion... except I'm having a problem with the trigger finger. I have 3 M-Audio devices connected and the other 2 just work. The trigger finger seems to lose its midi connection after about 10 minutes. The midi input signal just stops showing a green level, and the only way to get it back is shut down live and start it up again. I just add an impulse to an empty default set and arm the track. I leave the input on all ins, fire a clip, record some action and play it back and do some over dubbing. Now as far as I can tell it seems related to either playing with the OVR button, or stopping and starting the clip. At one point the trigger finger just stops responding or sending MIDI. My keyboard still plays the impulse track fine even after the trigger finger has gone to bit heaven. Also the only device I have as a control surface in the MIDI preferences is the ProjectMix.
