swing is wrong if loop start is set to a 16th note

i'v noticed this thing since the swing function was introduced:
if a loop is set to swing mode, and the start position is moved to a 16th position, the swing of the loop is wrong!
as we all know, swing is delaying the 16th notes. but if one moves the start position to a 16th position, of course the swing should be done relative to the master measure, instead relative to the loops measure... don't know if you understand, but try it yourself, make two swinged loops and move the start marker of one around, you will hear what i mean for sure.
should be easy to fix because there are only two possible cases, thanks in advance...
