Problem getting my own Live 4 serial mumber

I am Live 6 user but in the past also Live 4 and Live 5 user. I would like to release my Live 4 serial for my second machine. So I asked abletons support via email. Nobody answer me, nobody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could it be the problem for Abs to do it?
