No Lessons, No Simpler.......

Hi guys.
This is my first post here.
I've just installed Live 6, and when I was asked about the Library options, I chose "no" by mistake.
I can't get back to that option and now there are no "Lessons" and my "Impulse" "simpler" and "instrument rack" folders are all empty in my browser.
Does this involve the "Library Path" / "Browse" option in the prefrences.
I've loaded all the packs and they don't seem to work.... ?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but, I'm kinda new at this.
