Boxed Version + No Serial # = WTF?!

Okay this blows. I've been waiting excitedly for the boxed version to arrive for a week, it arrived today, and I don't have a fucking serial number...
I've emailed support...

Have you checked there isn't a serial number has been added to your user account?
Maybe worth checking out ...
Did you buy a full version L6 or an upgrade from an earlier Live ?
