Waves plug ins compaltibility?

I just got yesterday a ''box'' of waves plug ins ( diamond)
Live can see them to left part to the audio units but when i try to open them an error occur and i cannot see them..
I tried the same in peak and again an error is there.
Please can somebody help me?

Which version of Live are you using?

Wave plug ins runs real iffy in live. They will load, but i get an extended sized box in a lot of the plug ins.

my waves work fine with wave shell 4.0
but then again they're all ligit and use a ilok
maybe a problem with cracked waves?

yeah,
so whats the deal with waves plug ins now in live 6? do they work properly now?

Oddly enough I only just posted this question on the Waves forum (Mac) yesterday as I use one of them in my template set but it tends to freeze Live 6 on opening sometimes.
Don't know why Waves doesn't support Live so can't call them.....
I'm also using the Diamond Bundle with waveshell 5.2 (vst) legit copy and most of the time they work (extended window and all...) but it sure is an inconvenience when they don't, especially on delivery day !

waves 5 fine here on PC
have you got the latest version from the website? you said you got a boxed version - boxed versions are usually old with software

thanx everybody for helping.
No , i didnt ask waves for support yet.
Do you think the trouble has something to do with the fact that i am always loading a template set ( 2 audio , 1 midi) ?
Or above all shall i change something on the preferences menu > plug ins?

My Waves plugs worked fine until I upgraded to Live 6. Now my RennEQ UI won't open. Other plugs like the RennComp work fine, but I'm bummed because the RennEQ was probably my most used plug.

hmm.. so this means you cant run 5.2 sessions in v6?? Thats like a step backwards
i read other plugins give problems in v6 as well
.. normally an upgrade should FIX problems, dont you agree? were you beta testers drunk and stoned during testing?

Funny thing is, the Renneq still works. It functions with the setting made in 5.2 and I can see the settings through the Live UI (which doesn't really work for the Renneq). It's just that I can't open the Waves UI to make changes or use on any new tracks.
It's a real bummer because it is my go to EQ. Looks like I need to do some shopping...
